Frequently asked questions
How long does an order take?
Standard production takes 7 to 12 days from mockup approval. Express can be as quick as 3 days, depending on the item and quantity. Tell us your deadline when you ask for a quote.
What is the minimum order?
Most items start from just 10 pieces. Pens start from 50. Larger quantities bring the unit price down, so tell us roughly how many you need and we'll quote the best tier.
Do you deliver outside Malta?
Yes. We're based in Malta and deliver worldwide, to offices, hotels and conference stands. We can split one order across several offices, and we handle customs and import paperwork so you simply receive the boxes.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Always. Every order gets a digital mockup showing your logo on the product, its size and position. Production only starts once you approve it.
Why are there no prices on the website?
Prices depend on the quantity, the number of logo positions and colours, and the branding method, so we quote every order individually. Quotes are free and ex VAT.
Can you deliver straight to the event venue?
Yes. We deliver to venues across Malta and abroad. Send us the venue's delivery instructions and the latest date they accept deliveries, and we'll plan production around it.
