Fully custom or ready-made lanyards?

Fully custom lanyards are made for you from scratch. Your design is printed along the whole length in full colour, matched to your brand colours, with the width and clip you choose. The minimum order is 50 pieces and production takes 2 to 3 weeks from mockup approval. Best for staff ID, conferences and events you plan ahead.

Ready-made lanyards come from our catalogue in stock colours and are printed with your logo. They take about 8 days, or 4 days on express. Best when the deadline is close. See all ready-made lanyards.

Lanyard options

• Width: 20 mm as standard, the size most staff and event lanyards use, or 25 mm for a bolder look. Other widths on request.
• Print: full colour along the whole length, on one or both sides, so logos, patterns and gradients all work. Repeat your logo, add a website or a slogan.
• Clip: metal lobster clip, metal hook or detachable buckle, so the card can be taken off without removing the lanyard.
• Safety breakaway: a clip at the back of the neck that opens if the lanyard is pulled. Recommended for schools, hospitals, warehouses and security teams.
• Card holder: supplied with the lanyard, in the type and size that fits your cards.

Card holders and badge holders

Clear soft holders are light, low-cost sleeves with a resealable top, ideal for event passes and printed name badges. They come in many sizes, vertical or horizontal.

Rigid plastic holders hold a standard ID or access card (86 × 54 mm) firmly, with a thumb cut-out to slide the card in and out. Available in red, orange, yellow, green, navy, royal blue, pink, purple, magenta, black, white and transparent. Pick a colour per department or match your lanyard.

Sliding card holders have a coloured frame and a clear window, with the card sliding in from the side. A tidy, modern look for office staff ID, in 13 colours.

For access cards that need to be tapped often, ask about retractable badge reels.

Clear badge holder sizes

Pick the holder whose inside size is slightly bigger than your card or badge. Sizes are width × height, in mm.

A standard ID card (86 × 54 mm) fits the 100 × 85 holder landscape, or the 68 × 115 holder portrait. Send us your badge size and we'll confirm the right holder.

Ordering for a conference? Work backwards from the day you need them, and leave a few days for delivery to the venue. For ICE Barcelona in January, approve custom lanyards by early December, before the holiday slowdown.
