Who we are

What we collect

• Quote and contact forms: your name, company, email, phone number, and the details of your request (products, quantities, delivery address, notes).
• Logo files and mockups: if you upload a logo or send logo previews with a quote request, we store those files so we can prepare your quote.
• Emails and WhatsApp messages you send us.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this website.

Why we use it

Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and mockups, and fulfil and invoice your order. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing that contract, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who processes it for us

• Web3Forms, which delivers form submissions to our inbox.
• Cloudflare, which hosts this website and stores uploaded logo files.
• Microsoft 365, our email provider.
• Production and delivery partners, who receive only what they need to make and ship your order, such as your logo and delivery address.

How long we keep it

Uploaded logo files and mockups are deleted automatically after 90 days. Enquiries that don't lead to an order are deleted within 24 months. Order and invoice records are kept as long as Maltese tax and accounting law requires.

Stored in your browser

The catalogue remembers your quote basket and the logo you uploaded in your own browser (local storage), so they are still there when you come back. Nothing is sent to us until you submit a quote request. You can clear this at any time with "Remove logo", by emptying your quote, or by clearing your browser data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete your personal data, object to how we use it, or ask for a copy. Email info@mementoire.com. If you're not happy with our reply, you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
